DOL Silica Standard
Thank you for all of the ways in which you have supported the efforts to make our workplaces more safe over the years, but especially for the help you gave in the efforts to raise awareness about the deadly impact of silica exposure last week. The Department of Labor’s announcement of the new Silica standard, made at our training facility, was successful in part because so many of you were able to be present, but also because so many others reached out to your local press to make sure that the message got out at the local level.
